Subulana provides the following resources to assist authors in preparing and submitting manuscripts that meet the journal's standards.

Manuscript Template

The official Subulana manuscript template, formatted in accordance with the journal's layout and citation requirements, is available for download from the journal's website. Authors are required to use this template for all submissions.

Reference Management

Authors are encouraged to use a reference management application to ensure accuracy and consistency in citation formatting. Compatible applications include Mendeley, Zotero, and EndNote, all of which support the APA 7th edition output style required by the journal.

Similarity Detection

Authors are encouraged to perform a self-check for textual similarity using available tools before submission. Free similarity checking tools include the Plagiarism Checker integrated into Grammarly and the similarity tool available through the Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) portal for Indonesian institutions.

Language Assistance

Authors whose first language is not English are strongly encouraged to have their manuscripts reviewed by a proficient English speaker before submission. The journal does not provide language editing services prior to peer review, but accepted manuscripts may be subject to light copyediting before publication.

Indexing and Abstracting

Subulana is indexed and abstracted in the following databases: Google Scholar, Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital), SINTA (Science and Technology Index), Dimensions, BASE (Bielefeld Academic Search Engine), DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), CrossRef (DOI Registration), PKP Index, Indonesian Publication Index (IPI), and ResearchBib. The journal is actively pursuing indexing in Scopus and the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI).
